Considering the current lifestyle is the regeneration of physical and mental powers, today surely more than in the past, very important for the human being. One way how to get rid of the fatigue and to get energy is to visit sauna regularly. Perhaps the most widespread type of sauna is the dry traditional Finnish sauna.

Considering the current lifestyle is the regeneration of physical and mental powers, today surely more than in the past, very important for the human being. One way how to get rid of the fatigue and to get energy is to visit sauna regularly. Perhaps the most widespread type of sauna is the dry traditional Finnish sauna.

To make the effect of the sauna visit the most effective as possible it is appropriate to visit the sauna 1 to 2 times a week. During the day before the visit of the sauna it is necessary to receive enough liquids. The remembrance of some rules for the sauna visit will certainly appreciate also more experienced visitors of this Finnish invention.

- It is recommended to enter the sauna without clothes (swimwear). A bigger bath towel or a canvas is sufficient, it will protect you from the hot seats and serves as protection from an infection at the same time.

- Before the entry into the sauna you should take a shower and dry out your body very carefully to remove the dead upper layer of skin.

- The recommended time spent in sauna is from 8 to 15 minutes depending on the heating up of the sauna. In the sauna preserve silence and behave considerately towards other visitors.

- The way of breathing is also important. Try to breath in and breath out only through the nose, slowly and not deeply.

- Between the particular entries into the sauna engage in cooling down of the body. Don’t forget, that with the cooling you should start gradually, the best way is a cold shower. More fit sauna visitors can use the small pool with cold water, but you should enter the pool also carefully and don’t submerge your head in the water.

You can start with the visiting of sauna at every age and every time of the year. Sauna should not visit persons suffering from epilepsy, high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases.
